      Pros

      - Trendy - Comfortable - Extensive training - Under transformation within 2-5 years - Location = South Brussels / Wallonia

      Cons

      - Accessibilities - Like working for Public Service: slow and inefficient. - Too big fragmented structure. - Bottleneck departments. - Technically 5-10 years behind other companies. - No actual firing policy!

      Company attempting to make massive jump in how it works, but too much deadweight might pull it down.

      Pros

      Good working environment, some very capable people. Lots of growth potential. Not as open to new ideas as previously thought.

      Cons

      Pay is all over the place. Same seniority ranking can have over 30% difference, doesnt matter amount of direct reports or work hours. Company has restructured benefits, bonuses, and pensions to be as low and as cheap as possible. Work hours can be quite tense at time, and culture represents a hit or miss and you're out. Recognitions are a bit of a joke when they do happen. Organization very burocratic and slow to react at times, very seniority driven.

      Good benefit, trust at work. Harmony workplace and helpful team members. Management judges things in rational basis. Comprehensive training provided.

      Cons

      Complicated work process and guideline. Supporting team works with slow. Lots restriction if you get innovative ideas.
