Great atmosphere Benefits Very international environment Stable employment Participation in big scale projects

Cons

No external trainings A lot of sensless paper work This is a pharmaceutical company - IT is an expense and treated with mistrust by other teams Working in IT centres, even though they are owned by Glaxo, you feel like you are an outsourcing company. You end up doing sensless tasks just because somebody oversees thinks this is exactly what is needed.
