      Not overly corporate, with a focus on people not just figures Plenty of opportunities for exposure to other areas of the company A clear and structured performance review system

      Very good benefits, hours, and flexibility. People enjoy their work, relaxed working environment.

      Cons

      Managers at the department level were power hungry and lacked management training. They did not care about career development for their staff and practiced personal and professional assault on loyal, engaged staff.
