Pros

Our CEO Andrew Witty is really driven in the change agenda. Key product pipeline for CH and Pharma has a strong outlook. The dedication to values by values is starting to pay off.

Cons

Ongoing issues in terms of mid level management. Current supply issues are destroying trust of our consumers. Off-shoring has diluted responsibility and created irrational dependency on C-class grade suppliers.

Pros and Cons of GSK

Pros

Commercial: Get to experience a variety of work. Medical: You will learn a lot as there is a lot of investments into the Medical Function. Control and responsibility higher compared to in other companies.

Cons

Commercial: Lots more processes compared to other companies, but this may change as GSK to stop sponsoring doctors. Medical: Possibly more compliance-oriented work compared to pure medical/scientific work. Check to see if this is still the case. Good place to start off in.
