      Good working environment. Excellent prospects for people who are prepared to put n the effort. Some opportunities for travel. Scope for long term careers

      Cons

      Constant change in last 10 years has caused some loss of focus. A little too much focus on cost reduction without consideration of the impact that it may have in the longer term.
