      Pros

      Global experience, diverse range of OTC brands, Opportunity to move into other roles if so desired. Very good benefits. Pay scale is on par with industry standards

      Cons

      Room for advancement mostly if you are British - with some exceptions; depends on your manager. Company leadership used to value its people. Now, not so much.

      healthy environment ,professional and employees caring doing the best to share in solving society problems .It is a learning organization style which gave me a broad experience

      Cons

      The salaries and incentive scheme will need some fine adjustment to combine both experience and talent leading to a better performance. GSK lack some lateral thinking or thinking outside the box

      Stiefel started out as a great place to work. Once GSK acquired the company, it was all downhill from there.

      Pros

      Great people. Good Salary. The products used to be good. If you were in the West Region, the regional manager was absolutely the best.

      Cons

      There is a serious lack of new innovative products to sell. The new compensation plan, which removed sales as a bonus measure, is terrible. There is a complete lack of transparency in how the new bonus plan is calculated. This gives reps no incentive to sell.
