      Pros

      Strong product pipeline and good people although the experience is being lost with no succession planning

      Cons

      Corporate re-organisation has been handled very badly and people have been treated appallingly. Management are deluding themselves into thinking it is going well as decisions and timelines are baffling staff. Senior management appear to be trying to clone the organisation into a stepford type operation of international under 35 year olds and lose all the people with experience.

      Work-life balance doesn't exist, there is work-work balance instead. There is some kind of "ignore" culture. Teamwork is on very low level and as a result people are constantly chasing each other. Highly disorganized supply chain structure and project management. The information systems and infrastructure is really, really obsolete. There are different systems for everything which makes the processes more and more complicated. There's no CI culture for integrating and simplifying. No leadership at all.
