      Pros

      Social networking is good given that employee numbers are always increasing every month. Processes and workflows are in good order and set up, time can be flexible depending on job nature.

      Cons

      Focus on employee staff: Subjective (no PDP for contract staff and often times, neglected for many things. Perm staff get all the attention even though there are quite a handful of contract staff who has been with the company for a no of years despite headcount freeze)

      Work/Life balance, salary+bonus, people, culture

      Cons

      Transparency is one of our key 4 values, and it's gone by the wayside - at least transparency is only evident when convenient. Communications is often late in the process. Director level & above very cautious of protecting themselves and making themselves look good & often taking advantage of others while abusing the companies generous work flexibility.

      Pros

      Great healthcare plan, fun team-building outings, great pay, good amount of paid vacation days, and a wonderful bonus every year.

      Cons

      Sometimes coworkers gossip, spread rumors, etc. but that is expected in every workplace.
