      Pros

      Managers ķept a positive attitude towards employees. Company uses several tools to keep personnel motivated. Training was an important part of their policies. Loved working there.

      Cons

      It was haRd to get promoted since people stayed for long periods of time. I really don't have anything bad to say about this company.

      Pros

      Ideal environment if you want to learn things. Robust training.

      Cons

      Has good products in pipeline, however seems like they have lost their direction somehow with all the unnecessary red tapes and bureaucracy. People are very political and some form of favoritism can be seen at play.
