      Wide exposure to so many parts of the commercial business, enabled me to work in different areas and gather a unique set of skills that I was able to build on as my career evolved.

      Cons

      A con that has shaped me is the office politics, this is a 100+ year old company - it’s a tough work environment for a fresh head to navigate but ultimately builds thick skin.
