      Pros

      The office was nice. A large majority of the people were extremely smart and friendly.

      Cons

      Several of the managers weren't interested in building people. There were cliques very much like high school.

      Global corporation, remarkably disorganized

      Pros

      As a global corporation, there is a wide network of people and resources to access for biotech needs (e.g. sterility assurance specialists, material science experts, quality assurance oversight, etc.). Typically, money and/or budgets are not a huge concern either.

      Cons

      Despite GSK's large network, it is remarkably disorganized and chaotic. Leadership frequently makes decisions/plans and then changes said plans within a few months. Employees have to regularly pivot with all the changes and have little to no say about the changes.
