      Positive purpose-driven company Generous compensation Flexible yet fast-paced working environment

      Cons

      Recently went through a restructuring that moved many U.S.-based roles to India and the UK, while outsourcing hundreds of tech positions from Poland to Accenture. Although exit compensation and benefits were provided, I had believed this was the place where I would spend the rest of my career. There also seem to be too many VP roles, with some overlapping and stumbling over each other due to unclear responsibilities.

      Amazing support for your development, ability to work on projects of interest, great working culture.

      Cons

      Large company makes it hard to feel like you have given impact. Majority of time is spent dealing with old infostructure to push your changes though
