Pros
The application process and various stages of interviews took about an entire month. While every stage was interesting and the interviewers were very respectful. The HR and people management team needs a strong overhaul.
Cons
There’s no clarity on the requirements of the role. You could have done the entire process and be rejected in the end because you didn’t meet a language criteria which was NEVER mentioned throughout the process. It’s a waste of everyone’s time. To top it all off they don’t bother to let you know formally either that they’ve rejected you. You get a phone call. And this has happened to multiple people. The company is losing out on people who are much more qualified than the recruitment personnel just because of this opaque process. A candidates time is just as important as that of the company so pls be respectful before entering into a process such as this one.
