      • you can have a great manager and peers depending on office location and luck of the draw • the work is enjoyable if you're diligent and in any way competitive/driven

      Cons

      • most reviews have covered it but senior leaders have implemented an overall strategy that we don't have the infrastructure to support, such as focusing on select offices at the expense of other locations that have most of the top performers • there is no concern for morale or the idea of keeping people engaged
