Pros
The best reason to work here is that the people are great. I enjoy coming to work everyday. The people within GLG make the product and drive growth by working closely together. Research and Sales colleagues collaborate everyday and I think both parties benefit. Our clients come to us to learn and as we conduct the work, by reaching out to our network, we have the opportunity to learn about some of the most innovative and interesting topics. The leadership is great and has recently put a huge emphasis on connecting with everyone on a deeper level to find concerns and address them directly.
Cons
It is good and bad but the training process is limited depending on your role. You are forced to learn quickly and think on your feet. I personally prefer this method but I know some old coworkers felt the pressure.
