      Pros

      Extra GLG holidayd in China; Free coffee&tea&snacks Working environment was quite nice(office location and decoration is very appealing)

      Cons

      Poor business management in China ; Does not care employee at all, talents leaving; Arrogance from HQ and so called" Management" , towards employees , experts, clients, and competitors; thus the result is, losing market share dramatically. . No career progression.

      Pros

      Short assignments with the ability to set your own rates and when you want to work. Gives you the ability to grow your contact base.

      Cons

      The assignments are inconsistent. You do not always get called for assignments that you agree to do. Sometimes the client fails to call you and you dont get paid for the prep time.

      Pros

      Awesome place to start career and overall awesome people to work with. The culture is one of communal learning and getting your feet wet in the industry. Unbelievable exposure to the finance industry.

      Cons

      Pay disparity is wide between clients and employees. Still wide between employees. There are "limits" set on bonuses and salaries that are not at all tied to overall yearly performance.
