Long hours, no room for promotion, 5 days in office, owning every aspect of the job, must recruit new profiles, high expectations of delivering within an hour. GLG has changed so much under recent administration that it is almost no longer recognizable as it once was. The work is still possible and comes in to you, but they've eliminated support teams and moved the responsibilities onto the main workforce and raise expectations with no pay raises either. It used to be a great stepping stone to get titles and experience under your belt, but not anymore since promotion opportunities are gone.
