Pros
Encouragement to professionally and personally explore different job roles and skills. Seems to foster a team-oriented environment but there's also room to be independent. The pay isn't terrible.
Cons
It's just like any other corporate job - upper level management doesn't truly care about the people. A ridiculous push to be in-office when there's hardly any point when most clients don't work in the same city as you (but "the culture," right?). It's the corporate game - if you're good at it, I'm sure you'll do well here.
