Young office (so good if you are young too!). A lot of smart, nice people work here.

Cons

The work is not meaningful (this is a personal opinion of course). A professional teaching and learning platform is a misleading way of framing what the company is about.

Welcoming and the culture is enjoyable, but this is made up by a small group of people

Cons

Lack of recognition for really hard work where it matters, ie. salary increase and promotion A lot of people are bored because they are too smart for the work, so they create a negative atmosphere of disrespect and moaning to keep themselves entertained
