      compliance is biggest team so your boss is the office boss internet, tea and cold drinks are complementary good location in NCR with restaurants and malls close by nice company to work for normally Good shift timings No work after 6 pm

      compliance recruits their friends.....I made it accidentally if you have ve been contacted from the recruiter then please reject it...youʼll thank me surely Donʼt hope for any learning, they only does background internet search....google is their tool office leadership is made of family and “close friends”..who decide all from snacks to whose selected and only promote their family in assignments boss sends confusing emails all the time.....manger only clicks photos and decides dress code for festival.. team seniors are close friends” with boss and manger so they chill all the time, take leaves new employees are not given phone and not even correct keyboard and mouse

      Pros

      - International environment with good mix of cultures - Tend to hire (mostly) bright and friendly individuals - Good for learning who the main players across various industries - Helps hone time management and prioritisation skills - Decent for 2 years if you're willing to work hard

      Cons

      - Poor work/life balance - Repetitive work - Revolving door of employees - Office politics - Management try to keep leverage on employees as a means of motivation....bizarre - The blind leading the blind - Dealing with junior clients (grad level) who can be unorganised and don't rely on GLGs service

      Great people, multi-lingual employees, great perks, central location, great food, good middle management, good job when leaving uni, extracurricular clubs, very competitive salaries for uni leavers, introduction to client-facing work

      Cons

      Very long hours, uninteresting work, little client appreciation, slow to adapt to change, stagnant upper management, poor adaptation to local markets, most of the work templated and in English rather than local languages
