      Pros

      overall nice people/work environment. good medical coverage. opportunity to meet top executives, if this counts.

      Cons

      office politics is above all. plus no real experience/knowledge gained. repetitive work that doesn't help with personal growth. need to deal with angry clients/experts all the time. compliance treats you like a criminal. astonishing turnover is enough said

      Pros

      Nice office, some nice coworkers , great insurance scheme, and free food once in a while

      Cons

      lack of real element in work, extremely task-based. don't be fooled by all the cool names like private equity or research or corporate debt,... because there is no such thing in your work. every day is mainly scrolling through a database and linkedin to find some names, and arranging for calls to happen.. confused management, no clear structure, favourism in place, lots of politics

      Pros

      If you are a high performer, you will be recognised and you will be awarded accordingly. Management wants you to succeed and helps you to do so especially if you are doing well as by doing so they are trying to retain such talent.

      Cons

      Clients can be arseholes at times as they are working with our competitors and at times treat us as if we are just tools. In this case you have to be cold hearted not to care and every day you come in to work you don’t know whether or not it will be a ‘peaceful day’. The situation is getting worse and worse as the time goes by.
