Pros

Good coffee, nice office, decent salary

Cons

Terrible senior management, a lot of distrust and negativity in the office, employees are treated very unfairly, no over time pay but you get penalised if you don't stay late by being given bad projects, open favouritism. Example was were forced to work from the office during mumbai floods until it was too late, even when other offices were evacuated and police had issued red alert - all of this is can be seen by the high attrition rate

Pros

GLG is a company of continuous improvement. I've admired how much that company has changed in the nearly 4 years that I had been there. It looks and feels completely different, from 2015. In a good way! I think taking an approach of continuous improvement is something that GLG-ers should take to heart personally and professionally as it is a great approach to taking a critical look at what's working, what can be working better, and how we can raise the bar to do even better next time, in every experience in your life! GLG is all about the people. It is what kept me at that company for nearly 4 years and I had the opportunity to work with and learn from so many strong leaders at GLG. The company is lucky to have a lot of the strong leaders that it has fostered. GLG has made a lot of improvements, especially in the past two years in the form of their trainings and onboarding for new hires as well as ongoing training for new managers. I hope that continues to improve because having a really involved manager can make or break your experience at GLG.

Cons

There is still some room for improvement, especially in terms of clear job responsibilities and expectations for night/weekend work. GLG is not a 9-5 job (in a good way) it keeps you busy and challenges you. But just make sure everyone knows the benefit of those challenges and has the opportunity to recharge.
