Where to begin. Long story short - do not work here. From 3 CEO's in 6 years, to 0 transparency with the board, fake narratives presented in board meetings to ensure certain higher ups maintain their jobs and the company has a rose-colored outlook. Manipulative leadership that will throw you under the bus and pit directors against each other. Zero change management, training or executive support with initiatives. Many unprofessional statements/emails, lying, throwing shade in meetings by C level people, etc - it's like a frat full of dysfunctional college grads with unregulated emotions and managers who come from the same pool due to internal promotions. A never ending cycle. There's some great apples, but a lot of really bad ones that take advantage of others and continue to play games to get promoted.
Slashing everything from professional development, benefits, pay, bonuses and continuing to use Covid as an excuse as to why the business struggles, which is pathetic coming from "leadership" multiple times a year. Research the new leadership that has joined this company and you'll find out they just hop from company to company and avoid taking ownership for making really poor choices at previous employers.
