Don’t do it

Pros

Great office, great coworkers, get to connect with a lot of extremely interesting experts, good pay, great work life balance for most teams

Cons

It’s an excellent business model and really brings value to clients, but is a terrible company to work for. A mass exodus is standard every year post bonus, but is so bad by now that they have to restructure the whole office. Instead of growing year on year, the company is shrinking globally which should be a warning sign to anyone looking to join.

Pros

- Cool office design - Barista

Cons

- A young manager who has no clue how to run a team - Feels like we are working under a dictatorship of a 26 year old - Try to give feedback but constantly talked over or ignored - Career development is limited because we don't have experienced management - Unlimited vacation does not exist - Stressful environment (multiple people fired within weeks of starting) - Too much focus on metrics while ignoring the mental health of team
