      Pros

      I think this role is great if you are fresh out of college and looking for a fast-paced role. I will say how much you will enjoy working here will depend on your manager. I had the privilege of working with the kindest manager who was willing to go above and beyond for his team.

      Cons

      There are some cons I think especially recent graduates should be aware of. This is an EXTREMELY metric-based role. Sometimes, we are not in control of how we reach our goals - there are times when you could be doing everything right and still not reach your goal. This job can take up a lot of your time and it is hard to maintain work-life balance at times. It is not impossible but it is challenging. If you don't have a good manager who is kind and encouraging, this job WILL suck unfortunately.
