Pros

Gen Z energy and friends

Cons

Everything. If i could give 0 starts i would. Massive lack of leadership and poor management - they have no clue what they are even doing and are so inconsistent across the board in terms of teams, communication, hiring and training... this company changes everything so much and so often it actually baffles me how this company is still standing. Firing people left and right, tearing down the entire structure, laying off the best of the best in the company and replacing them with people who suck and then lie about the decisions they've made. They have taken away a lot of our benefits and seeing even higher turnover each and each quarter. They are starting to become mean. They don't care and even fire good performing people who deserve to be here who are genuine good hardworking and performing smart individuals, replacing them with mean and incompetent people. they also don't pay us enough and the bonus model is so bad.

Company not growing, bad bonuses Management are awful - keep restructuring, firing strong leaders and promoting junior selfserving managers Limited progression Glorified button pushing Good pay, but sacrificing early years you should be learning/developing Poorly respected in wider industry, low employability
