Pros

Decent job out of college, but that’s exactly why they target fresh out of college students with no experience for this role. Y’all are targeting and taking advantage of younger 20 something’s with zero job experience who just need a job out of college in a bad market.

Cons

I was just perusing through the reviews to see what the overall consensus was of the company and agree with all the recent bad reviews. The company has really gone down the tank, especially on certain pods like PSF. The expectations are insane, I literally never used to leave my computer because you’re just ALWAYS on, especially if you’re aligned to a Tier 1 Account. They “did employees a favor” by switching their incentives and bonuses to quarterly, but they make you recruit to receive any of the bonus. From what I’m hearing, none of the employees on certain pods are pacing to receive any of their bonus, even though they’re crushing it on getting calls scheduled (what’s actually in their job description). When only 5 out of 30 employees end up receiving a bonus for their work this quarter, y’all are going to be hit with a lottttt of turnover. I used to have flexibility to crush my job, and not feel like I was constantly being micromanaged. I understand it’s a tough market, but y’all‘s strategy to “save” money by making employees do even more work is killing the company. I literally know so many people actively applying to new jobs, so don’t be surprised when all of the tenured people leave.

Pros

- Good pay + quarterly bonuses - Fast track to promotion if you hit your metrics - Very thorough training to help you succeed - VERY flexible PTO & great benefits - Flexible hybrid work (only go in 2 days a week and the days we do go in, we go in around 10AM to avoid traffic, so nice!) - Great leadership - lots of young professionals - Fun work culture in my experience - team outings, work happy hours, etc. - Lots of great skills to learn especially in the client facing senior role

Cons

- Time-sensitive work so you must be able to work in fast paced environments - Can work longer hours if you don’t get your work done - I personally never work passed 5:30. Some people work until 7:00 because they don’t get their work done in time - Must be good at time management! If you’re not, you will have to work late hours. Just finish your work during the day and you’re good to go!
