      Pros

      When I joined years ago, it was a great place to role especially as an entry level employee. Fun environment, sense of belonging, perks, leadership was involved and communicative, ways to get involved with your coworkers outside of work, travel to see clients, mentors, incentives for high performers, etc. It has become evident with new leadership that employees matter less and less. I can't think of one person (in my BU/role) that is happy to work here anymore. It's almost like they want us to quit.

      Cons

      Immense workload and pressure without fair compensation. Sweatshop / call center-like environment. Zero structure and organization. Poor communication from leadership. Zero clarity on the future of this company.

      Fun people but disorganized in everything else

      Pros

      My coworkers are lovely and we have a lot of fun together in office, going to happy hours, and work closely together. You can learn a lot about unique industries and that makes it a great first time role for fresh out of college students.

      Cons

      GLG restructures every 6 months and you may be in an "important" job, or you could be let go after 8-20+ years of loyalty to the company. If you want to move up the ladder, don't stay here more than 1-2 years. There's little to no incentive unless you're on a team that gets bonuses, and they work crazy hours. I've been here 3 years and got one mini promotion and had to give up any OT pay for it, so I essentially make less than I did at a lower level.
