      Nice office location and facilities

      Lack of career progression, promotions completely based on favouritism. Lots of promises that never materialise. Constant restructures and lay offs. Absolutely zero job security. Toxic environment, employees feeling incredibly stressed and low. The office is generally a miserable place to be. Lack of benefits and low pay. Benefits are slowly being stripped away by the new leadership team. Lack of transparency from the leadership team, chaotic decision making and so out of touch with their employees. I would really recommend thinking twice about taking a job here - it will be a complete waste of your time and you will be constantly worried about losing your job. Find a role that offers clear career progression at an organisation that will invest in you.
