Pros

Coworkers are nice, people are generally young so it's very social if you work in office. Unlimited PTO is generally upheld if you ask far enough in advance. Managers are typically nice but see notes in the cons section.

Cons

Client solutions department is very stringent on meeting quota, you are constantly working to recruit consultants/executives and often do not end up really receiving credit or having them count towards your goals. Feels a bit competitive against your fellow coworkers as you could be working to recruit from the same industries (ex. AI, tech, etc.) Because the company is overall quite young, the managers you have may only be a year or so ahead of you in age -- it lends itself to a disorganized and somewhat immature workplace (ex. associates 24 years old, managers who are 26). This is of course not all managers, but very common on the client solutions team specifically. The managers are well-meaning, but they are not all well-suited to truly manage a team of employees. Their compensation comes from how many people their teams recruit, so they pressure you a lot without contributing much themselves. People leave constantly, so they are frequently rearranging teams. I for example had 8-9 managers in just under 2 years which is simply insane. Some were good, more than half were bad for different reasons.
