Extremely poor management

Pros

The compensation was ok, but not competitive to industry standards

Cons

- Seriously needs better management - Manager has called people names, has spoke really ill of employees and taken personal shots at the ones who have moved on from the organisation for their personal and professional growth - Organisation does not value its employees - Certain teams are lead by managers who even decide who sits where and gives no space for growth and freedom of speech as well. - employees in certain teams are dictated which employees to engage with and which employees to not despite of performance (which in the first place should not be the criteria) - Extremely slow personal and professional growth - The management doesn’t care about employee growth nor do they encourage it

Pros

Really cannot think of any

Cons

Would not waste my time at GLG, zero growth, zero development. Management is only concerned about pointing fingers and excessive QC, no appreciation

Pros

Really friendly people for the most part. Great place to start out of college as they hold your hand through your first job and have a great training program

Cons

Pay is really low for the market. The days are so so long. And you can't log off until everyone on your team is finished with work too, even though we work individually. Micromanagement and gossipy culture - managers sharing private info and specifics about why people are taking time off (ie. specifics on health reasons) to other managers. Silly goals that hold firm even when there are external factors affecting demand.
