4yWe’re sorry to hear about your experience. We hold our managers across the organization to a much higher standard than the one described.
After getting feedback from GLGers like you, we set about reducing the size of our teams, while offering more robust manager training. This ensures GLGers have the support they need as they grow within the company, without impacting overall headcount. We understand not everyone wants to lead a team, so we created more opportunities for strong individual contributors to get promoted without taking on leadership responsibilities. We’ve also redesigned client-facing roles to offer a deeper sense of account ownership for our colleagues looking to develop those skills.
The role you had is challenging and not a perfect fit for everyone. That’s why we have a dedicated Mobility Team to help GLGers with any cross-departmental moves. We regret we couldn’t address your concerns while you were still with the company but wish you all the best in your new role.
