Pros

Great colleagues, young and ambitious team, office location

Cons

Poor management that puts pressure on the employees, Management is not able to communicate appropriately. In general it's a dominating culture of secrecy and talking behind others backs. A lot of promises (promotion, salary, relocation, development etc.) are made but never kept. Not a great place to develop your career. Upper management only cares about themselves and will not care about starters or for them to have a chance to evolve. No opportunities for trainings/courses given.

Pros

Good pay, Good atmosphere and great leadership

Cons

Very dependent on the section you get assigned to. Some will make the job significantly harder for various reasons. Downtown location is nice but parking/traffic is still a pain.

Pros

-Fun people to work with (mostly) depending what team you are on -Good location downtown -On-site gym -Good commission (especially if you’re a top performer) -Good resources

Cons

-Mindless work (if you like a more thought provoking job this isn’t the job for you, and you’ll be burnt out in 3 months guaranteed) -bad management styles (I.e micromanaging) -Only pay attention to top performers (nothing for the 80% that aren’t, unless you’re truly EXCEEDING your monthly goals) -Bad managers (probably because of micro-managing from higher ups) -They’ll tell your happy hours every Friday not a minute before 4:45PM and expected to work immediately after -Feel like you can’t take a break without a glare (have to be heads down 9 hours a day or you’ll get/feel behind)
