Pros

-New leadership team that is actively implementing change and creating exciting new products -Work with established firms/companies -Barista in office + lunch is provided

Cons

-Most days you will work ~10 hours a day, expected to respond to clients until 9PM and work on weekends if needed, with no overtime pay -New work will just keep getting heaped on top of you and leadership isn't hiring fast enough/doesn't see the need to hire more associates/senior associates to meet client demand -Required to be in office 3 days a week -Guidelines for vacation is 15 days a year
