      Genuine and smart colleagues. Learnt to manage several stakeholders. But do not stay past 2 years. You will learnt most things by then.

      Cons

      Unclear with their direction. Say one thing and do another. Lack of transparency and gaslit people into accepting new initiatives as if they are asking for it. Lack of career progression. Only bootlicker will get promoted.
