Miserable Workplace - They Hire Recent Grads for a Reason

Overworked, micromanaged, ever increasing metrics designed to work you to the bone, toxic management, unrealistic clients, being forced to lie to the people you recruit, sometimes unethical business. This company hires recent grads for a reason, they will use you up to the point of burnout. They will excite you with the unlimited PTO, benefits, growth opportunities, and fancy office, beware. You can't use the PTO because then you will fall behind on your metrics and lose your job. The skills you learn here are rarely if ever transferrable to other positions, if you stay you'll have to deal with stressed toxic management. During the tail-end of my career here I asked our highest performing team member how she was able to do so well. She told me she worked weekends unpaid, every weekend.
