      Pros

      GLG attracts top talent which makes for a fun, competitive, and challenging working environment. You will also receive a great deal of responsibility early in your tenure which helps young professionals develop quickly.

      Cons

      Hours can be long and largely varies based on which team you join. There can be issues with load balancing but this has been greatly improved since I initially joined.
