Many opportunities missed by the organization
Pros
- Give a chance even if the employee does not have a lot of professional experience - Remote - Very inclusive : Not mandatory to speak German, English + another language being a must have - Good IT equipment delivered at home
Cons
- Job in th HR function but where most employees does not have any HR background and therefore apply processes without questionning anything. A minimum training should be delivered by the company during the onboarding. An HR department can't be run as a call center - Very little room for any mobility / career or salary evolution - Tough working conditions : Working between 2pm to 10pm to be available any time to "customers" in Americas but when your job changes to a global scope your work schedule stays the same, no flexibility at all which is very bad for health in the long run...
