Pros

Stable company, good people to work with and learn from. Decent benefits

Cons

Too Corporate to have flexibility and fun, too small to have the benefits of big corporate. Mostly linear career path. Charge customers for every mintue of travel but no comp days for when you are sitting at an airport at 10pm and get home at 2am.

Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear you value GEA as an employer. We are sorry that you feel that our company has no flexibility or fun. We are always facilitating new activities to promote employee involvement. We recently started a golf team for Columbia employees. Also, our management selection processes are not based on country of origin, it is solely based on skills and qualifications. We pride our company for the diversity within our management team.
