I enjoyed the people I worked with but management was very male oriented and didn't seem as though that would change.

The people were great, enjoyed them very much. I learned a lot which is never a bad thing. Not a lot of room for advancement that I could see.

Cons

It's a very male dominated work place and women weren't in management positions.
