Lack of training and rude staff members - several of them act prejudice
Pros
Only good thing is having your own office which is hard to find these days - a lot of companies have cubicles -so that was nice.
Cons
The employee that was over me didn't want to train me and wouldn't even give me the work to do. She purposely let me sit in an office all day refusing to give me the work to do, so half of the time I Am twirling my thumbs - not sure what that was all about. What she was suppose to give to me or have me help her with - she kept doing it herself. Then when she tried to train, which she didn't know how to do at all, she was all over the place. She act as though she was trying to confuse me and make the work seem harder than what it really was. She would always show me the long way, i had to figure things out myself and discover the easier way of getting things done. She did everything in her power to make it hard for me and tried her best to complicate things. She made it very obvious that she did not want me there from day one. Then she would act as though she didn't want me to bother her but then at the same time would lie and say oh no you can ask me anything or bother me anytime. Yea right..she was one of the workers who barely would shake my hand on our first meet. All day long her and her coworkers were back in forth in each others office just gossiping.
