      Excellent environment to learn from the best in the industry and get exposed to a myriad of interesting and challenging projects.

      Cons

      High levels of independence are a must. Danger of being in "park" and loose time as there are few development process in place.

      A lot of good engineers within the company. You can learn a lot off your peers. Theres a ping pong table!

      A lot of micro-managing within the organization and huge turnover. They treat you like a number.
