      Big multinational company. Has some perfect products and solutions.

      Cons

      Reorganization wasn't done properly and create uncertainty and wrong structure. A lot of key people left the company

      Lack of vision, lowest salary, L3 management is quite arrogant and L4 managers are lacking direction. No opportunity to grow as an individual. Favouritism at its peak
