Working at this company has been a very positive experience in many ways. One of the main strengths is the open and welcoming company culture. From day one, I felt comfortable sharing ideas, which fosters a collaborative, respectful, and pleasant work environment. The friendliness and approachability of the team truly make a difference in the day-to-day experience.

Cons

one area that could be improved is the lack of clear growth and development opportunities. While the environment is supportive, there often isn’t a well-defined career path or visible prospects for advancement, which can be discouraging in the long run
