      Pros

      - Benefits seemed about average with other large companies where I have worked. - There are a lot of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      - The culture seemed more focused on the individual and getting ahead rather that working as a team to get the job done. - Very demanding expectations. They seem to have less focus on work/life balance than other large companies where I have worked.

      Pros

      Working around people who want to succeed. In sports terms, no one walks. Especially in a crisis, everyone comes together for solutions to delight the customer. The culture of compliance and integrity is greater than any business I've even heard about.

      Cons

      The path to executive is opaque and can seem aribtrary. Joining from the outside (excluding a leadership program) means you will be shelved for years before being allowed on the corporate ladder. Titles are misleading, but there is an obsession with them from within the functional ranks.

      Pros

      1. nice campus 2. good gym and play room 3. good transportation service 4. good canteen (multiple options available) 5. Brand Name

      Cons

      1. less salary 2. older technology 3. bad management 4. unrealistic deadlines 5. tools so old they makes you feel like that you belong to stone age. 6. less coding ,most of time gets consumed in following the process. 7. due to flexi hours, people stay more .work which could get finished by 6 ,will get finished at 10 ,12 or 3'o clock in the night. 8. Hike depends on what people think of you ,and not on how much you have worked . 9. Too much politics . 10. Too much work pressure sometimes . if you are comfortable in working in "notepad" and using "printf" for debugging .Then this is THE company for you , because its their bread and butter.
