- Great working environment and work life balance - Company culture and work ethics are key to the organization - Exposure to multiple fields for those who are knowledge hungry - Cares for its employees and instills a sense of organizational loyalty - All in all a great place to work, just praying that it remains so

Cons

- bureaucracy, bureaucracy ,bureaucracy it is crippling more than they normally should be, which limits the innovation and hinders sales - Internal lobbies and politics were always there, but now with so many changes, it is affecting actual work on the ground, which is lowering the workforce moral and weakening the resolve
