      Best company ever. Work on top notch technologies. Proud to work in GE power.

      Nothing as such. Though company is under going tough phase, it values it's employees very well.

      Pros

      Good work culture, education facilities, family support and insurance, flexibility in work and excellent integrity and ethics

      Cons

      Lower salary band, mid managers are very different in style and attitude a impact employee retention a lot. Yet to improve growth path for mid career (10+ yr) employees in India.
