Cons

Middle management is incompetent. Filled with IMLP and ITLP, most of them dont know what they are doing

Super smart people and a lot of great technological opportunities

Cons

Leadership has become a culture and a community all on their own. Might as well not even co-mingle executives with workers. Benefits are again a dying benefit at GE. Only those at the top benefit and GE overcharges employees for their self-insured system. It has become a profit center for GE at employee expense.
