Pros

Variability. You get to choose what teams you go to for each rotation. There are no requirements for specific areas you have to explore, free reign. There are so many different types of teams and roles you can do. Great program for finding what you like and what you don't like.

Cons

In the first year of the program, there are weekly seminar courses with homework. Most weeks the homework only takes a a couple hours, but there are a few bad weeks every now and then. But homework is very collaborative among the other in your program.

Pros

Learnings involved in 2 years of Edison program are immense. You get to work on 3 different projects in the span of 2 years which involves continuous learning and improvement. Additionally there are a lot of events and plan to lead the Edison engineers to the path of being leaders.

Cons

Certain teams can be reluctant to changes.
