Toxic culture Bad pay Long hours - measured by a meter. Prepare to answer questions if you don't make the monthly quota of hours from the office. They don't care about you, your success or your career - It's a place where people go on "auto mode" for the rest of their lives. You will be punished for thinking out of the box. Rigid hierarchical structure - only chance for promotion is to suck up really good to your manager. Many clubs of "those who were there before" - old blood care for each other and throw newbies under the bus when things go wrong. They don't really care about quality or safety - but they'll never actually say it. A place where profits and bottom line are everything. Humans are just a means for an end. Capitalism at it's worst.
